Consolidating integrations in 2025

Updated

If you’re new here and evaluating Customer.io, you should turn this toggle on.

If you’re logged in to Customer.io, you’ll see the documentation reflecting your current experience, and you don’t need to do anything.

 We’ll remember your preference

When you use the toggle above, we’ll remember your preference. If you log into Customer.io, we’ll show you the documentation reflecting what you see in your account.

What’s changing?

Today, we have two products: JourneysCustomer.io’s messaging product, where you can add people, send messages, and set up automated campaigns. If you’re a longtime user, Journeys represent Customer.io’s total feature set before we added Data Pipelines to the mix. and Data PipelinesCustomer.io’s customer data platform, helping you capture data from your sources, transform it, and send it to destinations where you can act on it. Data Pipelines is also the preferred integration path for your Customer.io workspace, as it supports all of our Journeys features and other destinations that rely on your data.. We’re updating our interface to unify these products into a consolidated experience — you won’t see separate interfaces for Journeys and Data Pipelines. All of our integrations—and everything you worked on under Data Pipelines—will move to Data & Integrations > Integrations.

While we’re working on these changes, we haven’t rolled them out to everybody yet. We’ll let you know well in advance when you can expect to see the new UI in your workspace. We won’t move your things without warning!

In the meantime, we have documentation reflecting both the current experience where Journeys and Data Pipelines are separate product tabs and the new, simplified experience. By default, we show Journeys and Data Pipelines separately, but you can switch to documentation reflecting the new experience using the toggle at the top of the page.

  • If you’re new here and evaluating Customer.io, you should turn the toggle on.
  • Otherwise, you can log into Customer.io and we’ll show you documentation reflecting your workspace.

When will I see the new, consolidated UI?

If you sign up for a new account, you’ll see the new UI. If you’re an existing customer, we’ll roll out the new UI to you in the coming months.

We’ll let you know well in advance when you can expect to see the new UI in your workspace.

If you want access to the new UI sooner, you have questions about the changes, or want to provide feedback, please let us know!
