UI Changes in 2025

We’ve updated our user interface so that all of our integrations are in one place.

What’s changed?

We used to treat Customer.io as two separate products: JourneysCustomer.io’s messaging product, where you can add people, send messages, and set up automated campaigns. If you’re a longtime user, Journeys represent Customer.io’s total feature set before we added Data Pipelines to the mix. and Data PipelinesCustomer.io’s customer data platform, helping you capture data from your sources, transform it, and send it to destinations where you can act on it. Data Pipelines is also the preferred integration path for your Customer.io workspace, as it supports all of our Journeys features and other destinations that rely on your data..

We’ve unified things, so that you now have a single, consolidated user experience. All of our integrations—and everything you worked on under Data Pipelines—moved to Data & Integrations > Integrations.

Where we used to differentiate between sources and destinations, we now talk about integrations by the direction that your data flows—data-in or data-out. We plan to continue working our integrations experience, so it’s easier for you to find and configure your integrations.
