# iOS 27 & UIScene support

The Customer.io Flutter SDK keeps working when your app adopts iOS's UIScene lifecycle or is built with Xcode 27. AppDelegate-only apps need no change.

`customer_io` 4.4.0 and newer keep Customer.io working when your Flutter app adopts iOS’s `UIScene` lifecycle or is built with Xcode 27.

*   If your app keeps the AppDelegate-only lifecycle, **no change is required**.
*   Flutter’s `UIScene` APIs are available from Flutter 3.38 and become the default in 3.41. Customer.io supports scene hosts on Flutter 3.44.8 or newer. The same version contains a separate Xcode 27 build-tool fix. AppDelegate-only apps keep the published `customer_io` minimum.
*   Under `UIScene`, Customer.io push and in-app destinations route through Flutter automatically when the standard `UIApplicationSceneManifest` is present and Flutter deep linking is enabled. Ordinary links stay owned by Flutter; Customer.io unwraps and attributes Live Activity links, then hands the destination to your Dart router.
*   Live Activity scene attribution also needs the opt-in Live Activities module and a scene-delegate-capable registrar (Flutter 3.44.8+).
