Newsletters

A newsletter is a type of broadcast in Customer.io—a one-time, single message that you send to a group of people. You can also set your newsletter up with A/B test variants and/or translations.

Use the newsletter endpoints to create, send, schedule, translate, A/B test, and get metrics for newsletters.

If your newsletters include assets like images or PDFs, host them in your workspace's assets or at another public URL, and include the URL in your message content.
